WHY INDUSTRIAL TRAINING AT MPPKVVCL IS SPECIAL ?

Industrial training refers to work experience that is relevant to professional development prior to graduation in Engineering or MBA. Industrial training in practice schools is an essential component in the development of the practical and professional skills required for an engineer/manager and aid to prospective employee for the future employment.

We also consider that developing an awareness of general workplace behavior and interpersonal skills are important objectives of industrial training experience at Practice schools. Aim and the major of industrial training objectives at CTI are:

  • To get a feel of the work environment.

  • To use the experience gained from the industrial training in discussions held in the lecture rooms.

  • To apply the student's knowledge taught in the lecture rooms in real industrial situation.

  • To gain experience in writing reports in respect of what you got during the industrial training.

Finally, with all the experience and knowledge acquired, it is hoped that your students will be able to choose appropriate work upon graduation.

The industry exposure given in CTI MPPKVVCL enhances the undergraduate’s work life through added enthusiasm and commitment; provides a lifelong learning experience; is an opportunity to engage with the profession to which they aspire in a realistic work environment; appreciate and understand the practical application of their academic programme; work with professional mentors and to begin to build networks within their profession.

So, even before the student graduates, he or she is trained to be job-ready, thus increasing the student’s employment prospects.

While the student will have much to gain from industrial placement, the same is also true for organisations which have such training programmes in place.

These programmes at CTI Jabalpur can be of benefit for employers because they may benefit from the quality of support, fresh ideas and energy that the student brings into the work environment.

It is also a convenient pathway for the company to recruit human resource as some absorb trainees into their workforce after they graduate.
